Terms of Service
IMPORTANT NOTICE (the “Notice”): This document titled Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between you and Edge Sports Inc., operating through the mobile app Edge Sports, regarding your use and access to Edge Sports. Throughout this Agreement, Edge Sports and Edge Sports Inc. may be collectively referred to as Edge Sports—unless specifically stated otherwise. This Agreement creates a legally binding contract between you and Edge Sports containing all of the terms, conditions, and notices (the “Terms”) set forth in this Notice and in the numbered sections that follow. Please read all of the Terms carefully.
Acceptance of Terms:
Edge Sports is a mobile app owned and operated by Edge Sports Inc., a corporation duly organized and incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
By using or otherwise accessing Edge Sports, or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms where that option is made available to you, you thereby (1) acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, (2) accept and agree to these Terms, and (3) accept and agree to any additional terms, rules, and conditions of participation in particular contests or raffles issued by Edge Sports from time to time. If you do not acted and agree to these Terms, you shall not use or otherwise access Edge Sports.
Edge Sports may issue additional terms, rules and conditions of participation in particular contests or raffles. You agree to be subject to those additional rules if you participate in such contests or raffles.
Amendments of Terms:
Edge Sports may amend these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use or otherwise access Edge Sports after such amendments come into effect, you agree to any amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using Edge Sports immediately after such amendments come into effect. We encourage you to periodically review the Terms to ensure that you understand them in their entirety.
Purpose of Edge Sports:
Edge Sports provides data driven information to assist you in making or placing bets or wagers on various sporting events.
While Edge Sports provides data driven information to assist you in making or placing bets or wagers on various sporting events, Edge Sports does not make or place bets or wagers for you. In addition, you are not able to make or place bets or wagers directly through Edge Sports.
Your use, access to, or enjoyment of the data driven information that Edge Sports provides to you is at your own risk. While Edge Sports is confident in its estimations and data driven information, the information is predominantly for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon when making or placing bets or wagers on various sporting events.
User Information:
When creating an account on Edge Sports, you may need to provide Edge Sports with basic personal information including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and place of residence.
Edge Sports will not ask you to provide any personal information related to monetary transactions including, bank account information, debit card information, or credit card information, because it is not required to use or otherwise access Edge Sports.
By providing any information to Edge Sports, or otherwise accessing or using Edge Sports, you thereby consent to the use, disclosure, distribution, and any other handling of any information you provide to Edge Sports.
Intellectual Property Rights:
We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable, permission to make personal, non-commercial use of Edge Sports and any information and services provided to by Edge Sports.
Edge Sports retains all right, title and interest in and to its products, information, and services, including, without limitation, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, service marks, copyrights, and all related intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that Edge Sports contains proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Except as otherwise provided in the Terms, you may not, and may not permit others to: (1) reproduce, modify, translate, enhance, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works of any of our products, information, or services; (2) sell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, copy, publicly display, publish, adapt or edit any of our products and services; or (3) circumvent or disable any security or technological features of our products and services.
Disclaimer of Partnership:
Edge Sports is not entering into a partnership with you. By using or otherwise accessing Edge Sports you are not associating with Edge Sports for the purpose of carrying on as co-owners in a business for profit. In addition, by providing information to you through Edge Sports, Edge Sports is not associating with you or the purpose of carrying on as co-owners in a business for profit. Edge Sports does not represent or otherwise hold themselves out as associating with, engaging in, or carrying on as co-owners in any business for profit.
Liability:
Your use of, access to, or enjoyment of the data driven information that Edge Sports provides to you is at your own risk. You agree and acknowledge that the disclaimers and limitations of liability within these Terms form an essential basis of the bargain between you and Edge Sports.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
To the fullest extent of the law, Edge Sports makes no representations or warranties about any of the information it provides to you. Edge Sports, and the information provided to you through Edge Sports, is provided without warranties of any kind, either express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, suitability, quality or accuracy of any material or information provided. While we are confident in its estimations and data driven information, the information, software, products, and services made available through Edge Sports may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Edge Sports, and the information provided to you through Edge Sports, is provided on an “as is”, “as available,” and “where-is” basis.
Damages:
You are to use discretion when using, accessing, or enjoying Edge Sports or any information provided to you by Edge Sports. You acknowledge that, by betting or wagering on the outcome of an event, such as a sporting event, you may be breaking laws in your jurisdiction. You also acknowledge that, by wagering or betting, you stand to lose some or all of the monies wagered or bet. You agree that Edge Sports, as well as our directors, offices, employees, contractors, or affiliated companies, shall not be liable in any way for any losses incurred by you as a result of wagering or betting on any event. In no event will Edge Sports be liable to you or any third party for damages including, but not limited to; loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any special, indirect, exemplary, nominal, or consequential damages of any kind arising out of or in connection to your use of, access to, or enjoyment of Edge Sports or any information provided to you by Edge Sports.
Indemnity:
By using or otherwise accessing Edge Sports, you agree that you will indemnify and hold Edge Sports harmless from all claims, including without limitation legal costs and lawyers’ fees, made by any third-party in connection with: your use of, access to, or enjoyment of Edge Sports or any information provided to you by Edge Sports; (2) your violation of these Terms; or (3) your violation of any individual rights.
Lawful Use:
You must use and access Edge Sports only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. The availability of Edge Sports in your jurisdiction(s) is not an invitation or authorization by Edge Sports to access or use Edge Sports in a manner that violates your local laws and regulations. By using Edge Sports, you accept sole responsibility to ensure that you or anyone else who accesses your account to use our services does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction(s).
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between you and Edge Sports with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede and replace any other prior or contemporaneous agreements, or terms and conditions applicable to the subject matter of these Terms.
Severability:
If any provision of or portion of the Terms, or its application, is invalid, the remainder of the Terms will not be affected and an enforceable term will be substituted reflecting the intent of the unenforceable language as closely as possible.
Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions
The sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years or over.
Tickets are able to be claimed on the EdgeSports App.
To enter, download the EdgeSports App and create a free account.
Additional entries for following eligible social media accounts (linked on app).
Additional entry for each referral code entered by a friend.
The sweepstakes to win 2 championship tickets of your choice will be drawn after the minimum 50,000 entries have been placed.
Once 50,000 entries have been placed, the sweepstakes will conclude in 90 days.
Championship tickets options include NFL, NBA, and MLB.
At the conclusion of the sweepstakes, an algorithm will pick a random entry to win the 2 championship tickets
The prizes you can choose from are:
2 NFL Super Bowl tickets
2 NBA Finals tickets
2 MLB World Series tickets
The winner will be notified via email at the conclusion of the sweepstakes
The winner must acknowledge their sweepstakes win within 14 days of EdgeSports sending notification, to receive their tickets. If the prize is not acknowledged after this time, it will lapse and EdgeSports reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules
The winner must contact the applicable prize donor to arrange the ticket purchases and abide by the terms and conditions of the prize donor
The winner will be published on EdgeSports social platforms
The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the sweepstakes. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by EdgeSports for the purposes of the administration of ticket purchases and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented
The winner agrees to take part in reasonable post draw publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity
EdgeSports may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in EdgeSports’ sole opinion) or who, in EdgeSports’ sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating accounts, hacking, deceiving or cheating, using botted and false referral accounts
By entering the sweepstakes each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the FTC Act of1914.
